DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS ON YOUR GARMENTS?

Inevitably, as with any piece of clothing, Isadore apparel does wear out.

The lifespan of the product can be extended when it is carefully cared for, so please always follow the washing instructions.

In the case of any material or workmanship defects that perhaps slip past our conscientious quality control, we will promptly replace or repair the item.

If you are misfortunate enough to have an accident or crash while wearing one of our products, we may very well be able to repair it. And the majority of our repairs can be done FREE OF CHARGE.

When you do need any of our products repaired, please send us a short report describing the issue (pictures are welcome as well) to this email address: [email protected]

We will then determine as quickly as possible whether we will be able to repair the damaged material. If the garment is beyond repair we can offer a 50% discount for an exact replacement.


WHAT TO DO IF I FIND ANY KIND OF DEFECT iN THE PRODUCT?

All Isadore products have been carefully double checked for quality. That means all our products first undergo quality control checks at the manufacturers, and then once they reach our warehouse, we recheck all products again, and label them as quality check approved.

Attaching a digital photo of the problem you discovered will be a great help for us. Resolving any quality issue is our highest priority, and we will respond promptly to resolve it.
