How to fit guide

We make apparel for cyclists of all shapes and sizes. Check out the following tips to find the size that will offer you maximum comfort, performance and a fit which looks tailor-made!

In portfolio, we offer two types of fit:

Mid - High compression
Perfect for performance riding

Low - Mid compression
Ideal for comfortable rides.

If you’re not sure which type of riding you’re going to be doing, here’s a handy intro to our different ranges.

Your body is not porchetta

Cycling apparel should be skin-tight. Sleeves flush to the skin, no digging in.

Oversizing doesn't equal comfort

Jersey should fit snugly, with the cuffs fitting close enough to avoid excessive movement and chafing. Remember “less bag, less drag”.

Bigger is not always better

Bibs are not baggy pants, so you don't need them to be big. If they’re too loose, the chamois pad will move around, which can lead to chafing. Fabric should stay flush to the skin, and feel tight but not restrictive.

Say no to muffin legs

Clothing should naturally follow the contours of the body. You should not pour out of the bibs. This can be avoided by simply sizing up.

Made for cycling, not standing

Our clothes fit differently on the body if you are standing upright or in the bike position. If you’re trying our clothes for the first time, bending over while standing or sitting will give you an idea of how they’ll fit in a riding position.

Check yourself before you dress yourself

If you are not sure, use our size guide. We also provide measurements of our models for an additional reference. If you’re still unsure which size is right for you, get in touch via our live chat or contact page.
